Diána Ürge-Vorsatz, one of Hungary’s leading physicist-climatologists and Vice-Chair of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, will join the Advisory Board of the Equilibrium Institute in September. The Institute is honoured to have the support of an external advisor who is recognised as one of the best experts in the field of climate research in Hungary and internationally.
Achieving climate neutrality in Hungary, transforming the energy mix and reducing air pollution are high on the agenda of the Institute’s vision for Hungary 2030. We have already published a number of policy proposals on these topics, and our commitment to these issues is further strengthened by the addition of Diána Ürge-Vorsatz to our advisory team.
